Ingredients:
4 oz ground turkey 2 teaspoon Hungarian Spice mix ½ teaspoon chili powder ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder ½ teaspoon granulated garlic ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ cup or 4 oz 5:1 eggs ½ cup, 2 oz chopped onion ¼ inch dice ¼ cup diced colored bell peppers 1 large 2 oz roasted Anaheim chili chopped ½ inch dice ¼ cup 2 oz black beans 2 tablespoons ½ ounce roasted corn 2 tablespoond chopped Roma tomato 1 tablespoon chopped green onions 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 oz crushed baked low fat corn chips 2 teaspoons Hungarian pepper sauce 2 teaspoons pico de gallo 2 oz. 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese .33 ounce 2 teaspoon Chipolte cream |
Gather the
ingredients and chop to size. I put half of the colored peppers in the pile
with the corn. They won’t get cooked with the meat.

For the next step leave these peppers with the corn on the plate. |

Add the Chopped Anaheim chilie and half the colored chilies and cook 30 seconds to blend flavors.

Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. |
